Шановна громадо!

11 вересня 2025 року у місті Кракові, Республіка Польща від імені Апостолівської міської ради підписала міську угоду про співпрацю з містом європейської країни, яка займає почесне місце лідера у сфері екології та відома своїми високими показниками якості життя – Хаапаярві, Фінляндія.

Міська угода має в пріоритеті підтримку молодіжних ініціатив, навчальні візити для спеціалістів, розвиток освітнього сектору, а також, соціальної та медичної сфер, обмін досвідом та участь у міжнародних програмах підтримки міжмуніципальних партнерств. Також, ця угода передбачає створення умов для винайдення сучасних рішень щодо будівництва мереж водопостачання.

Це партнерство є для нас дуже важливим , тому маємо надію, що воно буде продуктивним та посприяє налагодженню відносин між нашими містами.

Висловлюємо щиру вдячність консульству Фінляндії за чудову можливість підписати цей меморандум у такій злагодженій атмосфері!

Виражаємо велику та щиру подяку голові міста Хаапаярві, Фінляндської Республіки Jonna Tamminen та окремо хочемо подякувати агенції розвитку NIHAK за надану підтримку!

Dear community!

On September 11, 2025, in the city of Krakow, the Republic of Poland, the Apostolove City Council approved a city cooperation agreement with the city of a European country that takes an honorable place as a leader in the field of ecology and is known for its high indicators of life quality - Haapajärvi city , Finland.

The City Deal prioritizes youth initiative support, study visits for professionals, development of the education sector, as well as social and medical spheres, exchange of experience and participation in international programmes supporting intermunicipal partnerships. Also, this agreement ensures condition establishment for implementing modern solutions for the construction of water supply networks.

This partnership is very important for us, so we hope that it will be productive and contribute to the relation establishment between our cities.

We express our sincere gratitude to the Embassy of Finland for the wonderful opportunity to sign this memorandum in such a pleasant atmosphere!
